Ways to Stay Active During Social Distancing
Here are a few ways to be physically active while participating in physical distancing:

During this time of social isolation, it is important to stay active and get into the outdoors. However, you must also comply with the Alberta Health Services recommendations to stay 2 meters away from anyone who does not live in your household. Here are some links for some activities that are being offered online or comply with the physical distancing parameters.

Tuesday April 14th
Full Body Workout:
1)Warm up
- 30 jumping jacks
- 30 seconds high knees
- 30 seconds squat jumps
- Lunges (focus on stretching hip flexors and quadriceps
- 30 second arm circles each direction
2)Exercises
- Walking push up
- plank
- Glute Bridge
- Triceps side push up
- Army Plank
- Side lunges
- Single arm row from plank
- Supermans
- Lunges
3)Cool Down
- Runners Lunge
- Cross Body arm stretch
- Cobra
- Thread the needle
- Chest Openers

Challenge:
For this weeks Challenge post a picture of yourself engaging in physical activity outdoors.
