Concordia responded fiercely in the second set, displaying an impressive offensive performance led by Kai Rosnau and Alexi Dufour. In the third set, Northwestern Polytechnic managed to secure the advantage thanks to the stellar play of Wolves setter Carter Tuttle, orchestrating the offence with 9 of his team leading 30 assists in the set. In the fourth set, the Thunder pushed back hard, but the Wolves sealed the win thanks to strong blocking from Logan Hladchuk and impressive kills from Kaden Bennett.
