Thunder thump Rustlers 9-0

EDMONTON AB – In today's beautiful Saturday fall day, the Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) played host to the visiting Lakeland Rustler. The Thunder came out on top, with a final score of 9-0.

The Thunder ended the first half with 5 goals, starting at the 8 minute mark and ending on the 29^th minute, causing a ton of damage in just 20 minutes of the first.

#10 Brianna Callander potted two goals for the Thunder and #14 Rebecca Leavell scored one, putting her at the top of the ACAC leaderboard with goals scored.

The Thunder had very strong offence, leaving little work for their defence and goaltending. The Thunder girls kept their dominating streak going and extended their winning streak.

The Big Kahuna Players of the game for the visiting Rustlers was #3 Larren Murray, and for the Thunder was #12 Sarah McClelland.
