Dhaliwal's Dominance Leads Concordia to Victory Over Keyano College

In a thrilling match at the Ralph King Athletic Centre, Concordia University of Edmonton secured an impressive 86-76 victory against Keyano College. The Thunder's determination and teamwork shone through, guiding them to a well-deserved win and bouncing back against a tough Huskies team.

From the opening tip-off, Concordia's offense put pressure on Keyano each time down the court. Yaadvir Dhaliwal led the charge, displaying remarkable accuracy making 10 out of 15 field goals and producing a double-double, with 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Thunder. The Thunder's three-point game was also strong, with Nick Gibb and O'Ryan Wallace sinking crucial shots from beyond the arc. Milton Lendein's resilience under the boards, securing seven rebounds, provided Concordia with essential second-chance opportunities.

Keyano College fought valiantly, with Omeechi Williams showcasing his skills with an impressive 28 points, bolstered by six successful three-pointers. Tafari Carefoote-Jones was a force to be reckoned with in the paint, collecting 10 rebounds and contributing eight points. Despite their efforts, Keyano College couldn't overcome Concordia's relentless offensive and defensive strategies.

The victory marked a significant triumph for Concordia University of Edmonton, getting the win after falling short to Keyano the night prior. Head Coach Reagan Wood commented "Huge win for us today.
