EDMONTON AB - #11 Mike Malin had a game high 28 points with 5 rebounds as the Thunder defeated the Eagles 123-80 in ACAC men's basketabll action Friday night at Concordia University of Edmonton. #09 Ryan McLaren added 21 points and #13 Ronald Bacon Jr. stood tall with 9 rebounds.
The Eagles offense was led by # 03 Aaqib Dhillon with 15 points, and #06 Mohamed El Hassan who added 12 points. Defensively, #11 Stanley Maduabueke collected 8 rebounds.
The Thunder improve to a ACAC North leading 12-5 while the kingds fall to 1-16. The ACAC players of the game were #11 Mike Malin (CUE) and #06 Mohamed El Hassan (TKU). The two teams will face each other again Saturday night (8:00PM) at The Kings University.
