Just a few weeks earlier, teammate Ryan McLaren became the 3rd player in Thunder Men’s Basketball history to reach the 1000-point mark. Ryan is currently averaging 18 points per game which leads the Thunder and is 6th in the ACAC, while shooting 54% from the floor and 88.8% from the free throw line.

Ryan and Brett's play this season has helped the Thunder to a 17-5 record, tops in the ACAC North and a #8 ranking in the CCAA.

The Thunder men’s basketball team is playoff bound heading into the final week of the regular season where the senior from Viking, AB will suit up at home for one last time as the Thunder host the Lakeland Rustlers on February 24th 2018 at 8:00PM.
